Return & Refund Policy
At Yoho & Co, we want you to shop with complete confidence, knowing that if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a refund or store credit on full-price items within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, with any original packaging intact.
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if the product has been used or original packaging is damaged or if tags have been removed.
- If you have any troubleshooting questions, we're here to help. Reach out with the product and questions you have, photos are very helpful so we can troubleshoot together and get the right fit (hello@yohoandco.co.nz)
Sale Items Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale, with no refunds or store credit, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. We also do not offer exchanges on sale/clearance items.

Before returning any items, please reach out to us at rachel@yohoandco.co.nz to arrange your return and receive the return address. -
Shipping
Returns are shipped at your expense, with signature required for tracking, as we can’t be responsible for any returned items lost in transit. -
Processing Your Return
Include your contact details, order number, and whether you’d prefer a refund or store credit. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll promptly process your request.
Note: We’re unable to refund original shipping costs, and if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
